Shipping policy
Once your order is placed, we will endeavor to have it shipped within 1 to 3 Days. We strive to ship within the same day provided your order is placed before 12:30pm. Exceptions to this is orders placed on Weekends or Public Holidays.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with Tracking. Tracking Numbers are provided to customers once available.
Free Shipping is provided on orders over $150.00.
If your order is delayed or an Item is unavailable, we will contact you via the contact method you have provided.
If you believe your item is lost in transit once it is shipped, please contact us at admin@thehorseden.com.au and we will help as much as we can.
Shipping Times can vary however are typically:
- Standard Shipping - 2 to 5 Business Days
- Express Shipping - 1 to 3 Business Days
Please note we are not responsible for Australia Post Shipping Times and Items may be delayed at times.
Overseas PreOrder Items
Please Note: If you are placing a PreOrder for a Overseas Supplied Item that we do not currently have in stock wait times can vary of up to 12 weeks. Whilst we try our hardest to get items in as quickly as possible please do understand that we require orders of a certain size and amount with all our overseas suppliers. All overseas orders are sent with shipping companies which do at times have delays that are out of our control, at times boxes of items do go missing or when a shipment is received items are missing out of it, these are also out of our control.
